Gift a peaceful and memorable experience at Shambhala. Our gift cards are ideal for loved ones, friends, family members, colleagues, and special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, festive gifting, and celebrations.
A Shambhala Gift Card can be used towards luxury stays, private pool villas, curated dining, garden high tea, nature-led experiences, and private celebrations, subject to availability and applicable terms.
General Terms
Shambhala Gift Cards are issued by Shambhala and are redeemable only at Shambhala Stay for eligible services.
Gift cards may be used for villa stays, dining, and select on-property experiences, subject to availability.
Validity
Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
Expired gift cards will not be extended or revalidated.
Redemption
Gift cards must be presented at the time of booking or check-in for redemption.
Redemption is subject to availability and prior reservation is required.
Partial redemption is allowed, and any remaining balance can be used within the validity period.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards are non-transferable and intended for use by the original recipient unless explicitly gifted.
Card Identification
Each gift card is issued with a unique identification code.
The digital or physical gift card must be presented at the time of redemption.
Shambhala is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Booking & Cancellation
All bookings made using gift cards are subject to standard Shambhala reservation and cancellation policies.
Cancellation or no-show may result in full or partial deduction of the gift card value.
Usage Conditions
Gift cards cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless specified.
Gift cards cannot be used for bulk or corporate bookings without prior approval.
Service Availability
Redemption is subject to availability of villas, dining, and experiences at the time of booking.
Blackout dates or peak season restrictions may apply.
Fraud & Misuse
Shambhala reserves the right to cancel any gift card in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorized transactions.
Right of Refusal
Shambhala reserves the right to refuse redemption if terms and conditions are not met or in case of policy violations.
Amendments
Shambhala reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
