I.  Reservation is guaranteed by 100% advance payment . 
II. Cancellations will incur full retention charges.
III. Amendment will incur full retention charges.
IV. The stay is guaranteed for the entire duration and any check out before the above-mentioned departure date would be charged in full.
V. Taxes as applicable.
VI. Child age up to five is complimentary (0-5)

*Visitors Policy*
I. For safety and security of our guests, no guest visitors will be permitted post 2300 hrs within the room premises. The room guest will incur additional charges for all visitors staying beyond 2300 hrs depending on the number of visitors present in the room. Registration is compulsory for all visitors staying in the premises.

As per the Government regulations due to security reasons, it is Mandatory that:
I. All foreign nationals need to carry a valid passport, visa / work permit and need to be presented at the time of check-in which will be checked and verified by the relevant authorities.
II. All Indian nationals have to present a government-approved valid photo ID proof and address details at the time of check-in.
