General Policy

Shambhala is a private villa hospitality concept offering a tranquil, secure, and premium stay experience. Guests are requested to respect the privacy, safety, and comfort of the property and fellow guests at all times.

Check-in & Check-out
  • Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards

  • Check-out: 12:00 Noon

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

  • Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests at check-in

 
Reservation Policy
  • All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment

  • Rates are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations

  • Any modification to booking dates, occupancy, or villa category is subject to availability and applicable charges

 
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
  • Cancellation and amendment terms are applicable as per the rate plan selected at the time of booking

  • Retention charges may apply depending on the notice period and booking conditions

  • In case of early check-out or reduction in stay duration, the full stay amount will be chargeable

 
Occupancy Policy (Adults & Children)
  • Villa occupancy is limited to the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking

  • Children up to 5 years of age can stay complimentary without additional bedding

  • Additional guests or extra bedding will be chargeable and subject to approval

 
Private Pool & Villa Usage
  • Each villa includes a private pool exclusively for registered in-house guests

  • Use of the pool is at the guest’s own risk

  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times

  • Glassware, sharp objects, and unsafe materials are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area

  • Guests are requested to maintain hygiene before using the pool

  • Any damage to pool equipment or villa surroundings will be chargeable

 
Servant / Driver Accommodation
  • Select villas include attached servant accommodation for accompanying staff

  • All staff must be declared at the time of booking and registered at check-in

  • Staff are required to remain within designated areas and follow property guidelines

 
Visitor Policy
  • Visitor entry is restricted after 11:00 PM

  • All visitors must do reservation  prior to entry.

  • Additional charges may apply for visitors staying beyond permitted hours

  • Management reserves the right to restrict visitor access for security and privacy reasons

 
Noise & Conduct Policy
  • Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful environment within the property

  • Loud music, parties, or disturbances are not permitted without prior approval

  • Any behavior affecting the comfort or safety of others may result in termination of stay without refund

 
Prohibited Activities
  • Illegal activities, substance abuse, or misuse of the property are strictly prohibited

  • Commercial shoots, events, or gatherings require prior written approval

 
Safety & Security
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings

  • The property is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items

  • Guests are advised to secure valuables appropriately

 
Damage & Liability
  • Guests may be charged for any damage caused to the villa, furnishings, or property assets.

Concierge / Assistance
  • Our team is available to assist with guest requirements, local recommendations, and special arrangements.

Identification Requirements
  • All Indian nationals must present a valid government-issued photo ID with address at check-in

  • All foreign nationals must present a valid passport, visa, and relevant travel documents

Right of Admission

Shambhala reserves the right of admission. Management may refuse or discontinue a guest’s stay in case of misconduct, policy violations, or security concerns, without refund.

 
Amendments

Shambhala reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
